Glamorous and iconic, the Gino Sarfatti 30 Light Chandelier is a modernist take on a traditional chandelier. It is made up of 30 candelabras, each attached to the central steel column by a straight arm. This is balanced by the exposed curve of each light’s cable, which is designed to mimic the shape of a classic chandelier. The result is a stunning suspension light, which makes an impressive feature in any room, particularly hallways, lounges and dining rooms. In larger spaces, try using a series of Sarfatti Light Chandeliers for maximum impact. A larger version known as the 50 Light Chandelier is also available. Please note the product is coming disassembled. The story behind the Sarfatti 30 Light ChandelierIntroduced in 1958, the Sarfatti 30 Light Chandelier is a classic of modern Italian lighting design. Like most of Sarfatti’s designs, the chandelier has purist beauty and technical styling. This no doubt stems from Sarfatti’s training in aeronaval engineering. This may also have contributed to his decision to identify his lamps by a numerical code, rather than a name. This lamp was originally called the Model 2097/30 Chandelier.
